DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If you ordered a Custom Premium or Pro Select bat, please allow 2 to 3 weeks before our bat makers are able to handcraft your bat.

If you only ordered products that we have in stock, we will be able to ship within 2-3 business days. Orders received after 2 PM (Eatern Time) won't be processed until the next business day.

During the high season (March to June), orders may take a few more days to be processed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Rates

FedEx Standard
- 0 CAD to 100 CAD orders: 10 CAD
- 100.01 CAD to 199.99 CAD orders: 5 CAD
- 200 CAD and more orders: Free Shipping

FedEx Overnight: 35 CAD

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and B45 is not responsible for any delay caused by our carrier.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

B45 ships to addresses within the U.S., and U.S. Territories.

B45 does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

B45 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

B45 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

U.S. Shipping Policy

We currently ship to continental U.S. addresses.
