On August 1st, B45 Ambassador Jonathan Lucroy was traded to Texas by Milwaukee in one of the biggest trade deadline moves in the Big Leagues.
Since he arrived in the Lone Star State, the all-star catcher has been on fire with his new team. In the last 15 games, he homered 7 times and got 14 RBI. He is showing a .795 slugging percentage during that period. With a month and half left to the regular season, he has already set his home runs career-high with 20 long balls. His previous mark was 18 in 2013. With 64 runs batted in, Lucroy is also on pace to break his personal RBI record of 82, also set in 2013.
Jonathan Lucroy has been swinging B45 for many seasons now. If you ever doubted of the durability of our bats, here is a fun fact for you: Lucroy still hasn't reordered since his initial 12-bat order back in February (when we had our former logo). And we are many spring training games and 110 regular games later.
Lucroy swings his own bat model, the JL20, in matte black.
Do you believe us now when we say that our bats combine an incredible durability and great power?
